MockTutor is an AI-powered study tool that allows users to upload study materials and generate practice exams, study guides, and interactive learning sessions. The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated or modified at any time.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
You retain ownership of any materials you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant MockTutor a limited license to process, analyze, and store that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not use your uploaded content to train AI models or share it with third parties.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service; (d) share your account with others or create multiple accounts; (e) use the Service to generate content for academic dishonesty.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Prices may change with 30 days notice.
Content generated by the Service is created using artificial intelligence and may contain errors or inaccuracies. MockTutor does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated study materials. Users should verify important information independently.
MockTutor is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to exam performance outcomes.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page, which will permanently remove your data.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
